Why
is this vacation package so inexpensive?
Global eTours Vacations offers you a chance to take
advantage of our unique vacation experiences at destinations throughout
the US and even outside the US Because of our unique relationship with
many beautiful resorts, Global eTours Vacations is able to offer you
special pricing and incentives to participate in our special vacation
offers. As part of this program you may be invited to participate in
a 90-minute sales presentation at resort. Over 7 million individuals
took advantage of inexpensive vacation packages that included a 90-minute
tour last year similar to the vacation packages offered by Global eTours
Vacations. You are not required to purchase anything
during the presentation. It is simply an opportunity for you to learn
about vacation ownership, timeshare, and the resort. We hope you find
our vacation packages great opportunities for you and your family to
travel to beautiful and exciting destinations at a fraction of the cost
that you would otherwise spend if you did not take advantage of our
special offers.

How
can I get a free Vacation?
Many of our offers include special promotions and
may require you to attend a 90-minute sales presentation. Some of the
promotions also require that you meet certain qualifications in order
to take advantage of them. If you qualify and agree to attend a sales
presentation then you may receive a higher discount and be eligible
for premium gifts. These are usually the best deals for you. Make sure
when you select a vacation that you read the Details of Participation.

How many people
are included in the hotel accommodations?
While
accommodations may vary somewhat, generally, you will be staying at a pre-approved
hotel within close proximity to the sponsoring resort. In most cases it is a
hotel that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. Some of the resorts
will book you into rooms in their own hotel that is part of the resort. Occasionally
we offer stays at the resort as part of the vacation package. Until you request
a date and receive a confirmation we can not guarantee which hotel you will
be staying at and the type of accommodations you will be given. Of course if
you decide that you do not like the accommodations you can request a different
hotel (if available) or different dates (depending on availability). Our policy
is that you must request changes 7 days in advance to avoid any additional charges
to your vacation package. Once you receive your confirmation you should contact
the resort or the hotel for which your accommodations are booked for more specific
answers.

Are
these packages available to groups traveling together?
Global eTours does
not offer these packages to multiple families or groups of people traveling
together. There are travel agencies and other companies that specialize in that
type of vacation offer. Because we are working with resorts to promote their
property to potential customers they prefer us to not send groups of people
traveling together.

How
much time will I have to spend touring the resort?
Should you elect
to select a vacation package that includes a sales presentation the presentation
will last approximately 90 minutes. The presentation is given in a relaxing
environment usually at the sponsoring resort or its Welcome Center. Many times
the resort will provide complementary drinks, snacks and other amenities as
part of the presentation. A part of the presentation includes a full tour of
the resort and its many amenities and accommodations. You are not obligated
to buy anything and are welcome to ask any questions regarding the presentation,
the resort and vacation ownership.

What
happens after I book my vacation online?
Global
eTours Vacations (or the resort) will send you a confirmation letter by email
or by US Mail. Included with the confirmation letter are phone numbers for contacting
the resort or Global eTours Vacations, information on the program and any next
steps you may need to take, directions to the resort, and information about
other Global eTours Vacations programs that may be of interest to you. If your
package requires a deposit, you will receive an electronic notice of the credit
card transaction.

Is
my credit card transaction secure?
Yes!
All transactions are done at a secure site with encryption used for transmitting
data. Millions of transactions are done each day on the web and millions of
dollars are electronically transferred. Your transaction is safe and secure.
IF for any reason you are not comfortable with using the web to purchase your
vacation package you can call our customer service agents 7 days a week 24 hours
a day or you can send a check to Global eTours directly. You can find our address
on the Contact Us page on this web site.

Will
my credit card be charged?
Some
of our vacation packages are FREE! However, all our packages require us to have
you secure the room reservation or you scheduled appointment with a credit card.
We do this for two reasons;
1.)
to make sure that we know who you are and that your name, address and other
information is correct. It is as important to us to know who you are as it
is for you to know who we are. We want to make sure that your identity and
personal information is correct as well as secure.
2.)
to cover the hotel and appointment reservations. Hotels require us to put
a deposit down in order to confirm your reservations. We do this with our
money as a service to you. If you do not show up at the hotel or fail to keep
your appointment, Global eTours Vacations is charged for your hotel room.
It is only fair that we charge your card in the event of you not keeping your
reservation.
See
our policy on rescheduling to avoid any additional charges
to your card. You should also read the specific Details of Participation
for the vacation package that you have selected to avoid and additional charges.
You will receive a notice from us if any charges are made to your credit card.

What
if I need to reschedule or request a refund of my vacation package?
All
vacation packages purchased from Global eTours Vacations can be rescheduled
provided you call within the specified period before your scheduled arrival.
Generally, the period in which we require you to call to reschedule is 7 days
prior to your scheduled arrival. Be sure to read the Details of Participation
for the vacation package you have selected in case these terms are different.
In some cases you may be charged an additional fee. You will need to read the
policy specific to your purchased vacation package to get the details on rescheduling
procedures and the costs, if any, for rescheduling. All vacation packages are
good for up to 12 months from date of purchase. It is the policy of Global eTours
Vacations to reschedule the vacation and not to refund if there is a conflict
in your schedule. We do not refund vacation packages after they are purchased.
Global eTours reserves the right to substitute packages of equal or greater
value if necessary.

What
if the vacation package I choose is not offered for my state of residence?
Some
of the vacation packages we offer require you to be from a certain state of
residence. Law regarding promotions are sometime restricted by individual states.
If you select a program that is not offered in your state there are usually
other programs that are available to residence in your state. If you have questions

for your state of residence.
