need to secure your vacation package with your credit card. We will
"Authorize only" your credit card for the amount of the vacation

this package until your reservation has been confirmed. After securing
your vacation, you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.
During your vacation, you and your spouse (if married) must spend 90
minutes touring the Sedona Pines Resort to take advantage of this special
promotional program. Other terms and conditions may apply and room accommodation
are subject to availability. If you fail to keep your reservation or
if you do not keep your tour appointment you credit card will be charged
the reservation fee or security deposit plus the standard hotel room
rate for each night that you stay at hotel.

What
if I want to extend my vacation hotel accommodations?
Global
eTours can request additional nights in some cases. however, we can
not guarantee that additional nights are available and you may be required
to pay for the additional night. If you would like to stay more than
two nights, send your request to our reservation desk at .

How
many people are included in the hotel accommodations?
While
accommodations may vary somewhat, generally, you will be staying at
a pre approved hotel within close proximity to Sedona Pines Resort you
have chosen to tour. In most cases it is a hotel that sleeps 2 adults
and 2 children under the age of 18. Some of the resorts will book you
into rooms in their own hotel that is part of the resort. Occasionally
we offer stays at the resort as part of the vacation package. You should
contact the resort or the hotel for which your accommodations are booked
for more specific answers.

Can
I upgrade my hotel accommodations?
Offers
will vary but in most cases you can upgrade your room for a fee to a
larger room or for special views. These fees vary from resort to resort.
Upgrades are handled at the hotel during check-in. If you would like
to have us check to see if any upgrades are available. send your request
to our reservation desk at .

How
much time will I have to spend touring The Sedona Pines Resort?
A 90-minute
presentation is given in the relaxing environment of The Sedona Pines
Resort Welcome Center. Many times the resort will provide complementary
drinks, snacks and other amenities as part of the presentation. A part
of the presentation includes a full tour of the resort and its many
amenities and accommodations. You are not obligated to buy anything
and are welcome to ask any questions regarding the presentation and,
the resort.

What
happens after I book my vacation online?
Global
eTours Vacations will send you a confirmation letter by email and by
US Mail. Included with the confirmation letter are phone numbers for
contacting The Sedona Pines Resort or Global eTours Vacations, information
on the program and any next steps you may need to take, directions to
the resort, and information about other Global eTours Vacations programs
that may be of interest to you.

Is
my credit card transaction secure?
Yes!
All transactions are done at a secure site with encryption used for
transmitting data. Millions of transactions are done each day on the
web and millions of dollars are electronically transferred. Your transaction
is safe and secure. Your card is not charged for this vacation package
it is only authorized for the security deposit. You must keep you reservation
otherwise your credit card will be charged $50 for the security deposit
to cover the room reservation, handling and processing.

What
if I need to reschedule my vacation package?
All
vacation packages purchased from Global eTours Vacations can be rescheduled.
To reschedule you need to notify Global eTours Vacations 7 days before
your scheduled arrival. You are allowed to reschedule twice without
being charged any service fees. If you reschedule more the same vacation
package more then twice, you may be charged an additional fee. You will
need to read the policy specific to your purchased vacation package
to get the details on rescheduling procedures and the costs, if any,
for rescheduling. All vacation packages are good for up to 12 months
from date of first booking.

Can
I give you my credit card after I get my confirmation?
Global eTours does NOT charge your credit card; we use it to authorize
your reservation with the hotel and for identification purposes only.
Your credit card will only be charged if you do not show up for your
reservation and you do not take the resort tour. Our web site is secure
and your privacy is as important to us as it is to you.

I
don’t have a credit card, can I use a check?
Yes!
You can send a check made out to Global eTours, LLC for the amount
of the security deposit ($50). If you keep your reservation and appointment,
we send your uncashed check back to you. The vacation package is free
we use the check as a security deposit only if you do not show for your
reservation.

What
hotel will I stay in?
Sedona Pines
resort works with many hotels at each of its resort locations. All hotels
are approved by the Sedona Pines resort and are quality hotels. Unfortunately,
the reservations are subject to availability and are assigned when you
arrive at the welcome center at the resort.

What
is the room like?
All
rooms are single rooms with either a single king sized bed or two double
beds. Some rooms will have a desk and chair for work space and all are
at quality hotels that have been approved by the Sedona Pines resort. You
may have the option to upgrade your room for an additional cost. All
upgrades are subject to availability and can only be requested at check
in. You will be charged for any upgrade costs or extra nights.

My
state is not listed as a valid state for this offer. What other vacation
package options are offered for my state of residence?
Many
states have laws that govern the sale of vacation packages and timeshare.
The resorts are required to register their offer with the state before
they can accept people from that state to attend the sales presentation.
Global eTours Vacations works with many resorts and although this particular
offer may not be offered in your state it is likely that we do have
an offer that is offered in your state. Visit our home
